Mattapoisett Records 11 Property Transfers as Price Disclosure Remains Limited
Plymouth County recorded 11 property transfers in Mattapoisett between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only four listed a sale price, ranging from $451 to $965 with a median of $880. The top disclosed sale was 4 Pocohontas Way at $965, sold by Anthony and Allison Costa to Kate and Nathan Williams. Pine Street was the only address with more than one transfer, as two adjoining properties there moved into a trust on the same day. With most transfers undisclosed on price and several appearing to be trust or family transfers, the data offers limited insight into current market values.
