Nine deed transfers recorded in Mattapoisett, four show a sale price so far

Nine property transfers were recorded in Mattapoisett between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only four carried a sale price in registry data so far, ranging from $451,000 to $1,150,000 with a median of $902,500. The top transaction was 12 Dupont Drive, which sold for $1,150,000 on Aug. 14 to Martha M. and David H. Harvey. The other five entries, including two on Pine Street, were nominal-consideration transfers between parties with matching names, not open-market sales. With just four priced sales recorded, the data points to limited market-rate transaction volume for the period, though additional prices may still post for pending entries.
