Nine Mattapoisett Deeds Recorded in August, Most Without Disclosed Sale Prices
Mattapoisett recorded nine property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $451 to $965, with a median of $840. The month's highest disclosed sale was 4 Pocohontas Way at $965, transferring from Anthony and Allison Costa to Kate and Nathan Williams. Pine Street saw two same-day transfers on Aug. 19, both moving property into a trust held by Clint Paddock and Ann Marie Rich. With two-thirds of recorded deeds lacking a disclosed price, many involving trust or family transfers, the data offers limited visibility into overall market value trends this period.
