Ten Mattapoisett property deeds were recorded between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $585 to $985 with a median of $925. The top disclosed sale was 2 Winter Hill Road at $985 on July 14, sold by the Sylvia family to Ryan P. and Erica L. Murphy. Five of the 10 deeds were transfers within the same family or into a trust, and none of those disclosed a price. With 70% of the period's transactions lacking price data, the available records don't support a clear read on overall market conditions.
