Family and trust transfers dominate July's Mattapoisett deed filings
The Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Mattapoisett property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only two disclosed a sale price: $985 for 2 Winter Hill Rd (Sylvia to Murphy, July 14) and $160 for 9 Pine Rd (a Forrest family transfer, July 9), producing a two-sale median of $572.
