Mattapoisett Sees 12 Deeds Recorded, But Sale Prices Remain Scarce
Mattapoisett recorded 12 property deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only two carry a sale price in the registry so far: $240 and $850, for a median of $545 among priced sales. The period's top recorded sale was 11 Bayberry Lane, which sold for $850 on Sept. 1 from Frey Real Estate LLC to Jared D. Lizotte and Caitlin P. Beauregard. Seven of the 12 deeds show a shared family name or trust on both sides of the transaction. With 10 of 12 sales still showing price not yet available, the period's overall market tone cannot be assessed from price data alone.
